Pointers on how to ask your questions:
Particularly in medical situations, don't say "What about my heart?"
Do say " Can you tell me if I have any medical issues?"
For example, don't say "like about my job."
Instead, say: "Will I be promoted?"
Instead of just saying "my son," say:"Can you describe any medical issues my son might have?"
This is when you try to combine two separate questions into one. For example, don't say "should I move to Chicago this fall, or go to Texas in May?"
Here are a few more examples of how to state a specific question without being too vague:
"I have been offered a job. Should I take it?"
"Will I be offered the job I applied for?"
"What career should I pursue?
