Physicist Russell Targ, co-founder of a SECRET psychical research program, presented a training program on remote viewing, ESP, precognition, intuitive diagnosis and distant healing.
Dr. Targ was a pioneer in the development of the laser and co-founded the Stanford Research Institute's investigation into applications of psychic functioning. Over a twenty year period he did remote viewing research and operations for Army Intelligence, the DIA, CIA, Navy and NASA.
I attended his training sponsored by the Rhine Research Center on the campus of Duke University in North Carolina.
